I worked with Guru Property in Spring Mountain to purchase an investment property, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. Guru Property Buyers Agents helped us secure an investment property in Queensland in January 2025. The process was fairly smooth, and Aanand and the team were great to work with.

Initially, there was a bit of a mismatch with our budget and expectations, but once we clearly explained our position midway through, the team really listened and adjusted their approach. From then on, the options aligned well with our revised strategy.

They also put us in touch with a great local property manager, and the property is now leased with a strong rental yield. We're really happy with the outcome and hope to work with them again in the next 2 years for our next investment.
